Hear from our happy clients

Had a fantastic experience with Northern Property Solutions. I took advantage of their services when putting my home up for sale and asked what could be done to get a better sale price.

Jesse suggested a fresh coat of paint, timber flooring throughout the living areas, and to style the interior of the home. I have to say, the place looked amazing once completed and I did in fact fetch a great sale price that my partner and I were more than happy with. 10/10 service.

A big thanks to the boys at Northern Property Solutions. I have been using their services for the last few years performing basic maintenance work such as pressure washing my driveway and pathway, cleaning my windows, and clearing out my gutters periodically.

The boys do a great job every time and always arrive on time with a friendly attitude. I couldn't recommend their services more highly.

Jesse, thank you to you and the team for the fantastic job cleaning my terracotta tile roof yesterday. The roof hadn't been cleaned since the house was built in 1957 and I have already been asked if it is a new roof!

The team even moved some washing off my clothesline so it wouldn't get wet, and found a stash of spare tiles under the house and used them to replace a couple of broken ones.

Thank you for your prompt and efficient service. As a builder, having reliable subcontractors like yourself makes my job easier. Keep up the good work.

We had graffiti on the fence and side wall. I had no idea how to get it off. Northern Property Solutions came around within a day or so, and with no mess and no fuss all of the graffiti was gone.

Excellent products and service. I will be recommending Northern Property Solutions to my friends.
